Compact statement puller: Approximately 55 mm in the illustrated #20 sample.
Large plastic puller: Approximately 70 mm in another #20 sample.
Zinc-alloy thumb-style puller: Approximately 52 mm in the illustrated #20 sample.
Extra-large plastic puller: Approximately 120 mm in the illustrated #30 sample.
The measurements describe the pictured puller assemblies and are not universal specifications for every slider of the same zipper size.
4. What About Custom Puller Shapes?
A customized puller can be an effective way to differentiate a fashion product.
Depending on the required construction, development may involve selecting an existing puller or evaluating a new design.
New shapes may require technical drawings, tooling evaluation and sample approval.
Feasibility and tooling costs must be confirmed before production.
